  • Emergency or same-day service is provided based on availability and feasibility.

2. Service Booking and Confirmation

  • Customers can book services via phone, WhatsApp, or website form.
  • Service bookings are confirmed via call or message.
  • Accurate information such as appliance type, brand, and location must be provided to avoid delays.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made after service completion, via cash, UPI, or other accepted methods.
  • Service charges and spare part costs will be clearly communicated before work begins.
  • We maintain transparent pricing; however, charges may vary based on the complexity of repairs.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Services are performed by qualified technicians to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Warranty (if applicable) is limited to the service performed or parts replaced.
  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damages in appliances

    • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs after service

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal service charge.
